THE APARTMENT AVAILABILITY will soon be announced but generally:
(1) FOR THE SEASON: of late May - September, the apartment rent is $24,000.00 ($6,000.00 a month) plus utilities.
(2) YEAR-ROUND: $2,900.00 per month plus utilities for lease terms commencing October through January. For tenancies commencing after January, the Tenancy will be broken into three or four successive leases depending on the commencement date, and the total annual rent of $34,800.00 will vary depending on the month with winter rates a bit lower than spring rates and summer rates a bit more (but not as high in summer as a seasonal rental and not quite as low in winter as just a winter rental). Each of these Leases is dependent on fulfillment of all Tenant obligations.
All Tenants must file a completed application and provide satisfactory references before a lease can be offered.
